In class #9 we take a look at the Dragon, identified in Revelation 16 as being responsible for assembling the nations of the world to the battle of Armageddon. We look at the career of the Dragon, first identified in Revelation 12. Daniel 7 and Revelation 12 are connected as we see the vision sealed in Daniel 12, and then unsealed in Revelation 5. We examine the development of the Dragon as it transfers from Constantinople to Moscow. We review the historical identity of the nations described Ezekiel 38, using ancient Hebrew, Greek, Roman writers, as well as historians from the 17th, 18th and 19th centuries. We follow the journey of Russia from Csardom to the modern nation, and its preparations to reassert itself as a militant world power, fulfilling the role described in Ezekiel, Joel, Daniel, Zechariah and Revelation.
